I developed a magazine identity that represents the many Asian celebration holidays for those who are interested in Asian culture to be immersed in learning the holidays that enrich the traditions and celebrations of Asian culture.

Full mgazine issue concept with three article spreads and two alternate covers
I challenged myself to develop a magazine identity with a chosen subject. The magazine focuses on Asian holidays and how they are celebrated, intended for those who want to connect with Asian culture— either for fun or for travel. I developed my typography skills through problem-solving to create a successful magazine that visually communicates celebratory emotions to the reader.

Three covers and a full magazine that supports spreads such as a letter from the editor, table of contents, and three articles each with three spreads. I created nine article spreads, which focused on important typographic elements like hierarchy, the relationship between headers and body text, images, etc. Focusing on these elements allowed me to develop a typographically strong magazine identity.
